X1 GreenPulse is a decentralized platform that brings transparency, accountability, and gamification to blockchain energy consumption. Built natively on X1 EcoChain — the world's first energy-efficient Web4 Layer-1 blockchain using only ~3 Watt-hours per node — GreenPulse provides real-time energy monitoring for validators, a scoring system for energy efficiency (Green Score), and a marketplace for trading verified Carbon Credit NFTs.

03 Solution Overview

GreenPulse addresses these challenges through four integrated components:

A live monitoring interface that tracks every validator's energy consumption, comparing it against other blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche). Data is collected via DePIN sensor integration and stored on-chain through the GreenScoreOracle contract.

A composite scoring algorithm (0-100) that rates each validator on energy efficiency, uptime, carbon savings, and network contribution. Higher scores unlock better rewards and carbon credit minting privileges.

🌿 3. Carbon Credit NFT Marketplace

Verified energy savings are converted into ERC-721 Carbon Credit NFTs that can be traded on the marketplace. Each NFT represents a quantified amount of CO₂ offset, verified by authorized on-chain verifiers.

05 Green Score Algorithm

The Green Score is a composite metric (0-100) calculated on-chain by the GreenScoreOracle contract. It evaluates four dimensions of validator performance:
